Get the tools and confidence to care for yourself, your loved ones, and those around you in a more profound and impactful way.

Deepening

I’m excited to announce the relaunch of the highly anticipated DEEPENING class! If you've already completed Parent CARE, this is your chance to take your journey to the next level and deepen your ability to attend to the ME, YOU, and WE in your lives.

Join me in this continued journey towards greater well-being for ourselves and our loved ones

Deepening is the training ground, an opportunity to strengthen your newly developed soothing system through continuous, purposeful practice within a community of like-minded individuals.

Our youth are the canaries in the coal mine.

There is an urgency to the work we’re doing. Our children, teens, and young adults are suffering. We know the statistics. The levels of depression, anxiety, and suicide continue to increase, and the age of children affected is decreasing. We witness it in our own homes.

We are experiencing a crisis of connection.

But I know for sure there is no stronger taproot of love than that of a parent or caregiver. If we rally this love, tend to ourselves, and learn how to open our loving and sometimes traumatized hearts within the safety of community, we have a potent tool to change the tide of despair that is now an epidemic.

If you are committed to continuous learning and discovery and want to live from a more centered, compassionate, and connected place, then join me in creating a community that values a new way of being in relationship with ourselves and others.

Deepening Includes

16 Ninety-Minute Classes: Taught by me with recordings available for those unable to attend live.

A Stable Cohort of 10 Like-minded Individuals: Dedicated breakout time in each class for personalized engagement.

Support Between Sessions: Accessible via the Marco Polo App, providing ongoing guidance and interaction with your cohort and me.

Elegantly Designed Workbook: To help you practice and apply what you've learned in each class.

The details

When and Where?

DEEPENING will consist of two sections to suit your schedule. We have a morning section on Wednesday mornings at 9:00 am PT and an evening section on Tuesday evenings at 6:00 pm PT. Please note that for the evening section to run this fall, we need at least 10 participants, so rally your friends and register together!

Invest in Yourself and Your Community

We believe in making DEEPENING accessible to everyone. That's why we offer a flexible payment structure - pay what you can afford: $30, $50, or $70 per month. Your commitment to your personal growth is what truly matters. The actual cost for us to run the program is $70 a month so if that is within your ability to pay, we appreciate it. It also allows us to open the program to those who cannot afford the full cost.

Join the Waitlist

We accept registrations for DEEPENING on a rolling basis and will keep you on the waitlist until we have enough people to form an additional cohort. We have a few immediately available spots in the Tuesday evening men’s cohort.

If you have any questions or need assistance, please contact our team at liveparentcare@gmail.com.

Why people love DEEPENING

  • Deepening has allowed me various ways to access that Deepest Wise Self. The more I am able to access her and even live moments in that place … whether as a parent, friend, partner or fellow Human, the more everything has an Ease about it.

    Stephanie

  • Deepening trains my mind in compassion, love, and care for myself and others around me. And like with a gym, I can see the results only if I am training consistently.

    Polina

  • Deepening creates a safe, caring space where I feel supported enough to really tune into myself, and get to know what I think, feel, and want in a deeper way.

  • Of course we LOVE to have you the entire time and know from experience those who stay the whole 8 months benefit greatly but understand that life circumstances may require cancellation. You can request membership cancellation if needed.

  • Live participation is encouraged because the community is important to the DEEPENING work, but I understand if asynchronous learning is better suited for you. Your well-being matters, and I support your choice in how you engage with the content.

  • Cohorts will be tailored based on your preferences - once you complete registration, you will be sent a google form where you will be invited to share details about how you’d like to be grouped. Let us know what you want in as much depth as you can. You are encouraged to let us know specific folks with whom you’d like to be grouped, whether you simply want to be placed in a group randomly, or you can let us know you’d like to be part of an affinity group like children’s age, fathers, language, neurodiversity, BIPOC, and LGBTQ+ communities.

  • Marco Polo is a video chat app used to enhance connectivity between sessions. Your cohort will utilize this platform to share video messages, ask questions, and provide support, and you will have access to me through the app for personalized guidance. Additionally, I will send messages to the entire class via Marco Polo to enrich the learning experience between sessions. description
